Anyways, the front of the bill also highlights Selma Lagerlof; a prominent writer known for her children's book. 
As the bill says, it also translates to english "rat" "snake" or "traitor" from the large red word.

I couldn't find any reason WHY should would be considered a traitor though. Ill have to try looking at it with a different lens.
